Brahma is nothing but the ultimate reality who is all pervading.Darubrahma is no other than our beloved Lord Jagannath and Gurubrahma is the realised soul who removes the darkness of ignorance and helps us to know and realise the meaning of life.

DARUBRAHMA

Daru means woodlog and Brahma means the divine soul.As the idol of Lord Jagannath is prepared from the log of Neem tree, he is known as Darubrahma.Lord Jagannath is the only deity in this earth who behaves like a human being. The way we all are moving through the cycle of birth and death, he also moves in the same way in every 8 or 12 or 19 years.This process is popularly known as Naba Kalebara (Naba means new and Kalabara means body) where the old idols of Jagannath, Balabhadra, Subhadra and Sudarshan are disposed at Koili baikuntha (Graveyard for them) and new idol set has been prepared from the log of Neem tree.This process is also described in Srimad Bhagavad Gita and which can be understood by the following shloka.

Which can be translated as :

The way one puts on new garments, giving up old ones, in the similar manner the soul accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones.

GURUBRAHMA

Ideally Guru and Brahma are synonymous for the people with true knowledge.So,one must have a spiritual guru in his/her life to get aware of this knowledge and proceed towards the path of enlightenment.Those people are blessed who already have a spiritual Guru in their life and they are following him with utmost belief.And if you do not have any specific guru, then start reading and listening to spiritual talks and attend spiritual gathering in your surrounding. You will definitely feel the positive vibration from all these sources which will make you feel active,refreshing and ever energetic.

Merging process of Darubrahma with Gurubrahma

Darubrahma and Gurubrahma are same and not different from each other.Here Darubrahma refers to the GOD of an individual choice. It can be Ram,Krishna,Laxmi,Saraswati for some people which is actually depend upon the way one brought up and got introduced to GOD.

When a person who is praying or worshipping any form of GOD from his childhood, suddenly get introduced to the spiritual guru may not have the feeling of Godhood in his Guru. And it happens when one gets imposed by someone to follow this path and it is different for the person who chooses his spiritual Guru on his own.The people in later category are pretty much aware of the fact that Guru and GOD are same.They also know the significance of physical presence of GOD in their life, not an idol form.

Merging process of Darubrahma with Gurubrahma Merging 4 worshipping.So, to avoid this confusion, they need to meditate on the the idol or photo or letter of their prefered GOD daily at any time(same time daily will be more preferable).By meditating daily one can feel the glimpse of merging of his spiritual guru with the GOD he is meditating.It is tough to achieve, but one can feel it by daily meditation and avoiding any disturbance while doing it.
